I liked the breakfast, the food was outstanding.

The rooms with a balcony.

Request extra pillows upon arrival for a better night's sleep, especially if you have specific needs like support for an injury.

Had a tidy room with with 2 single bed, mini fridge and a great view of the pools for my comfort.

Fairly clean place with wonderful view of the ocean. An air conditioner and a telephone available in the deluxe queen room. Good amazing location, near airport.

Fairly clean hotel with a nice design and EXCEPTIONALLY GOOD views, it has an amazing location just off sports bar, 5 minuets away, and the new nightclub that has recently been built. This was my truly memorable stay for your cool vacation.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were very rude.

it has very good landscape, staff is very friendly and they are very helpful capable of dealing with guest in a very nice way, excellent night life as you are having a professional D.J and singer. your animation team is very nice and very creative.

the rooms are not good as it lacks many staff like bath and shower staff. food is not of good quality so you need to improve the quality of the food and contents of the food, it doesn't have a good taste at all although you are having many varities.

Swimming pools specially for kids are so good

Good service, funny animation team, food varieties, aqua park, clean pool and hotel.

The only problem we faced that pools is not warmed while we were in december.

The Staff are super and the Service is excellent by the way the variety and Quality of food are very good will come again

The Pool is not heated during winter period + Poor animation for the Kids

This resort suits me perfectly with its beach access, outdoor swimming pool, and friendly staff. I still remember how they helped me find my lost item during my first stay. Highly recommend! I'm coming back for a romantic escape.

No warm system at most of swimming pool

The room we had was really spacious and comfy, perfect for a family with kids. The bathroom was huge, always a plus. It was super clean too, seriously can't complain about that. The beds could've been a bit cozier for a better night's sleep. Pretty solid, just a few tweaks would've made it ideal.

great service but limited beach access

The restaurants offered a broad variety of good food for the price, including nice selections of meat and local dishes.

The resort is a bit far from the beach, requiring a short bus ride.
